The City of North Richland Hills is seeking proposals from artist for 2D and 3D works that will be chosen to be in the lobby of City Hall from March 4 - April 18, 2025. Artists in NRH and the surrounding area of age 18 and up are invited to submit one artwork for consideration.

Artists are invited to apply for this POP UP exhibition with the theme “Community.” This theme invites artists to reflect on what community means to them and propose artwork that celebrates this theme and promotes an exceptional quality of life. Proposals will be selected through a jury process.

Artists selected will be notified by Friday, February 28.
