CALL FOR ART

Submit by: Thursday, June 5, 2025​​​​​​​​​​​

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking proposals from artists for framed 2D works that show inspiration from the nature that surrounds you in your own NRH neighborhood. Artists in NRH and the surrounding area of all ages are invited to submit one 2D artwork for consideration. A gallery exhibition will be held in the Grand Hall lobby honoring the theme:

Nature Right Here!

This theme invites artists to submit works that celebrate NRH parks, opens spaces, or trails. Artists are encouraged to submit pieces that share activities that show the benefits of being outside and encourage moments that Reconnect, Reset and Re-energize. To help celebrate the National Park and Recreation Month's 2025 theme (Build together, Play Together) consider artwork that incorporates these ideas! Proposals will be selected through a jury process.

Location: Grand Hall at NRH Centre​​​

Exhibition Dates: June 11 - August 28, 2025

A reception will take place in July to celebrate this exhibition during National Park and Recreation Month!

The selected artists will be notified by Friday, June 6.
