ABOUT & APPLICATIONS

NRH ART FEST, organized by the City of North Richland Hills Parks & Recreation Department, celebrates creativity and community with a vibrant showcase of fine art, interactive experiences, and live entertainment. This one-day event will feature a juried selection of local and regional artists presenting original works across multiple media categories in an outdoor gallery designed to highlight high-quality fine art. Our mission is to connect professional artists with art enthusiasts from across North Texas in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. As a first-year event, we are prioritizing Artistic Excellence, Cohesion, and Professional Presentation while proudly supporting the initiative that Art Lives in Our City.

Applications due by February 22, 2026 and are accepted online only at nrharts.com. Artists must be 18 or older, and all work must be original, handcrafted, and exhibited by the approved artist. Prints of original artwork may be sold but cannot exceed 50% of displayed work. Each application requires four photos of your work plus one photo of your outdoor display; Emerging Artists may substitute a fifth artwork image for the booth shot. An artist statement (maximum 200 words) is required, explaining your process, materials, techniques, and artistic philosophy. All entries will be reviewed, juried, and screened prior to acceptance.

Fees

The application fee is $25, non-refundable, per category entered. Payments are made in a separate portal that will open upon submission of application. Applications are incomplete without the application payment.

10' x 10' Tents are provided by NRH ART FEST.
