Selected as First Place Fall NRH Pop Up Gallery, artist and former art teacher, Paul Keithley, graduated from East Central University of Oklahoma with a bachelor of arts degree.  He furthered his education with a masters in sculpture and metal-smithing from West Texas A&M University.  In conjunction with his teaching career, Paul was a gold/silversmith creating “wearable art.”  Today, Paul considers himself a designer working in a variety of two and three dimensional media.  His most recent work has been contemporary sculpture, altered photography, collage and encaustics.
