The City of North Richland Hills invites artists of all ages from NRH and the surrounding area to submit one 2D or 3D artwork for consideration in a POP-UP Gallery exhibition in the City Hall lobby, running from October 1–31, 2025. Centered around the theme Seasons of Change, the exhibition encourages artists to reflect on the autumn season and explore its transitions through creative expression. Artworks featuring rich reds and vibrant oranges are especially welcomed.
 
Selected proposals will be chosen through a jury process and artists will be notified on Monday, September 22.


Opening Reception will be held at City Hall on Thursday, October 2 from 5:30pm-7:00 pm.
